Terms of Service - Rehla Outings & Trips

Welcome to Rehla Outings & Trips ("Company", "We", "Us", or "Our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our mobile application (the "Application"), website, and associated travel discovery, outing reservation, and booking services (collectively, the "Service").

By downloading, accessing, or using Rehla Outings & Trips, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.

1. About the Service

Rehla Outings & Trips is an Egyptian travel, outings, and recreation platform. We connect travelers, vacationers, and local adventure seekers with verified local travel agencies, licensed tour operators, safari organizers, and recreational activity providers across Egypt.

Rehla Outings & Trips acts as an intermediary platform facilitating experience discovery and booking coordination. We do not directly operate, transport, or provide the underlying physical recreational excursions or tours.

2. User Accounts & Google Authentication

To access certain features of the Service, including making reservations or saving itineraries, you may need to register an account. You can register an account directly or sign in seamlessly using Google OAuth 2.0 Sign-In.

• Authentication Scope: When signing in with Google, we access only basic identity information (name, email address, and avatar image) to create and authenticate your account.
• Account Responsibility: You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
• Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and booking.

4. Acceptable Use & Prohibited Conduct

You agree to use Rehla Outings & Trips only for lawful purposes in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or malicious activity.
• Transmit any viruses, malware, or malicious code designed to disrupt the operation of the Service.
• Harvest, scrape, or collect data regarding other users without their express consent.
• Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.
• Upload fraudulent payment receipts or false booking transfer proofs.
• Interfere with or circumvent any security-related features or access controls of the Application.

5. Bookings, Payments & Cancellations

Rehla Outings & Trips enables travelers to book outings and activities listed by registered travel providers:

• Payment Methods: Payments are processed directly through authorized payment options, mobile cash wallets, bank transfers, or InstaPay. Users submit payment confirmation receipts within the app for verification.
• Pricing & Availability: All prices, trip schedules, and availability are set by the respective tour operators and are subject to change prior to booking confirmation.
• Cancellations & Refunds: Cancellation terms and refund eligibility vary by excursion and are governed by the specific tour provider's stated policy. In the event of dispute, Rehla coordinates with both parties to reach an equitable resolution.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

The Application, its original content, features, software, branding, and logos are and will remain the exclusive property of Rehla Outings & Trips and its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our services or software without written permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. While we strive to work exclusively with reputable tour operators, Rehla Outings & Trips makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the safety, quality, or conduct of third-party excursion providers.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Rehla Outings & Trips shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, personal injury, or property damage resulting from participation in third-party recreational outings.

8. Account Termination & Deletion

You have the right to terminate your account and delete your data at any time. You can request deletion directly inside the mobile app or via our public deletion portal: https://rehla.onrender.com/delete-account/.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account without notice if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct detrimental to other users or our business partners.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Egypt.

10. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 15 days notice through an in-app notice or email prior to any new terms taking effect. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.
