Rehla Outings & Trips is an Egyptian travel, outings, and recreation marketplace. We connect travelers, vacationers, and local explorers with licensed tour operators, safari organizers, recreational activity providers, and event organizers across Egyptian destinations.
2. Google OAuth 2.0 & User Data Policy Compliance

Rehla Outings & Trips's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the
Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Google User Data We Collect
When You choose to sign in to Rehla Outings & Trips using Google OAuth 2.0, we collect only the minimal, non-sensitive identity information provided by Google:
- Google User ID: A unique alphanumeric identifier to establish Your user profile.
- Email Address: Your verified Google account email to serve as Your login identifier and send booking confirmations.
- Name: Your first and last name as listed on Your Google account to personalize Your travel account.
- Profile Picture: Your public Google profile picture URL (if available) to display as Your in-app avatar.
How We Use Google Data
- To create and authenticate Your user account without requiring separate passwords.
- To associate Your travel bookings, trip itineraries, and customer support conversations with Your verified profile.
- We NEVER access, read, or request access to Your Google Drive, Gmail, Google Contacts, Google Calendar, or other private data.
- Google user data is NEVER sold, rented, leased, or shared with third parties, advertisers, or data brokers.
3. Compliance with Google APIs Terms of Service & AI NCII Prohibition
Strict Prohibition Against AI NCII:
In accordance with the Google APIs Terms of Service, Rehla Outings & Trips does NOT use Google APIs, user data, or any platform capabilities for AI NCII (AI-generated Non-Consensual Intimate Imagery). We do not generate, process, host, or distribute non-consensual sexual content, deepfakes, or illicit synthetic media of any kind. The Application is strictly limited to tourism, trip planning, and booking services.
4. Other Information We Collect
Personal Data Provided Directly by You
- User Profile: Name, optional phone number, and optional date of birth for age-eligibility trip verification.
- Business Partners & Tour Organizers: Commercial business name, contact phone, business address, travel categories, service descriptions, and business logos.
- Booking Information: Service selections, date of travel, party size, and transaction receipts/proof of transfer uploaded for order confirmation.
Information Collected Automatically (Usage Data)
When You use the Application, diagnostic data may be collected automatically, including: device model, operating system version, unique device identifiers, IP address, and app crash logs to help maintain performance and app stability.
Device Permissions
- Camera & Photos: Requested only when You explicitly choose to upload a profile photo, business service images, or a booking payment receipt.
- Location: Requested optionally to show nearby tourist outings and destination directions on map views.
5. Payment Processing Transparency
Rehla Outings & Trips connects customers with travel operators. Payments for bookings are conducted through secure, direct payment channels (such as bank transfers, mobile cash wallets, or InstaPay) outside of in-app digital purchases. Users may upload an image of the payment confirmation receipt for manual order verification by the service provider.
6. Data Retention, Storage, and Security
Your data is stored on secure cloud servers with industry-standard encryption protocols (TLS/HTTPS in transit and AES encryption at rest). We retain Your personal data only for as long as Your account remains active or as needed to provide travel services, resolve customer disputes, and comply with Egyptian legal obligations.
7. Data Deletion & User Rights
You have full control over Your personal data. You have the right to access, update, or permanently delete Your information at any time:
- In-App Deletion: You can submit an immediate account and data deletion request directly in the Application via the Account Settings screen.
- Web Deletion Portal: You can visit our public deletion portal anytime at: https://rehla.onrender.com/delete-account/.
- Email Request: You can email us directly at apprahla@gmail.com with the subject "Data Deletion Request". Upon request, all Your profile data, booking history, and stored tokens will be permanently purged from our active databases within 30 days.
8. Children's Privacy
Our Service is not directed to individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If You become aware that a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us immediately so we can remove it.
